SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND COST
We currently ship to eligible United States addresses shown at checkout. The available shipping method and final shipping charge are displayed before payment. The store currently offers free standard shipping where shown at checkout.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE
Estimated delivery is 4–13 days after fulfillment begins. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Order verification, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs or security reviews, high seasonal volume, and address problems can cause delays.

ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING
Orders are sent to fulfillment after payment and order checks are completed. When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact details supplied at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins and may not be able to replace or refund an order delivered to the address provided at checkout.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Items in the same order may arrive separately. A shipment is not considered incomplete until all associated tracking numbers have been reviewed and the estimated delivery window has passed.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. Include the order number and supporting photos or video when applicable. Packages marked delivered but not received are reviewed with the carrier case by case.

SHIPPING PROTECTION
Optional shipping protection, when selected and purchased, is a separate service intended to assist with eligible transit issues. Coverage does not replace accurate address entry and remains subject to the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

DELAYS
If an order has not arrived after the estimated window, contact us using the store contact information or the details in your order confirmation so the shipment can be investigated.
