PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or fulfilled.

PRICING, DISCOUNTS, AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable discounts are calculated at checkout and are subject to their stated eligibility and limits. Where multiple non-combinable discounts qualify, the best eligible discount may apply. Payment is processed through the payment methods available in Shopify checkout.

SHIPPING
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, address errors, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.

RETURNS AND PROBLEMS
Our Return and Refund Policy explains the limited 30-day process for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect orders. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
